What We Know About the 4S Changes
We know there are many questions regarding the upcoming changes to the 6N/4S nurses, so here are a few facts we Seoul's like to share:
In contrary to popular belief, the Union was not notified in an official capacity about the upcoming changes.
The Agency is not updating the Union regarding the details of the changes, all of our information is being gathered from employees like you.
We have requested a briefing about the upcoming changes so that we get the facts straight about what the changes mean for everyone.
The Agency may move nurses from floors if needed, however there are questions regarding contracts that will need to be answered.
Tours of duties should not be changed without union involvement, this is a change in working conditions.
Nobody should be moved permanently to 4S yet, if you did, let us know immediately.
As of right now, you are our ears and eyes until the Agency meets with us, if you believe that the Agency is violating your rights and is doing anything outside what is established above, please contact us immediately!
-In Numbers There is Stengh, Remember to stay Union Strong!

Have you contacted VISN9 or any other leadership above this one? Are there any plans for the union having an in person meeting with the staff that is being affected? The immediate concern if this is being ignored and unvalidated what is next. I became a member of a union so bad Do not happen to me a GOOD employee. Surely this is not the end result. I feel as this could/should be expedited to Union leadership. Have you reached out to your Union leadership?
