Executive Order Opens Labor-Management Forum

Last week president Biden signed an executive to promote better relationships between federal agencies and it's employees by creating a labor-management forum that will open a better dialogue and improve relationships between the two parties. This executive order also makes agencies accountable for implementing previous directives, such as Executive Order 14003, which means that management now must negotiate over the “numbers, types and grades” of employees assigned and over the “methods, means and technology” of performing the work, opening more paths for negotiations over employees rights. This marks a huge win for federal employees all around!
